Leading at the Next Level is a curated Spring Leadership Intensive designed to feel like a Women’s Leadership Academy session — thoughtfully structured, highly engaging, and grounded in real-world leadership practice. Featuring three dynamic keynote speakers, this experience brings together executive-level insight, practical perspective, and meaningful conversation around influence, well-being, and resilient leadership. Speakers include Sunni LeBeouf, Vice President of Cox Communications, Deanna Rodriguez, President & CEO of Entergy New Orleans, and Dr. Danyel Black, CEO of Crown Me Foundation.
This event is also an opportunity to reconnect with the WLA community, and we look forward to welcoming WLA alumni back together alongside new participants. Tickets are open to the public and expected to sell out, so early registration is encouraged to secure your seat.
