WLA Ambassador Board

The Women's Leadership Academy (WLA) Ambassador Board is a community of dedicated WLA graduates who are passionate about fostering meaningful connections, strengthening the WLA network, and supporting growth and success of the Academy.

The WLA Ambassador Board serves as a bridge between current participants, graduates, mentors, and the greater New Orleans community. Members act as ambassadors for WLA, helping raise awareness of the program, encourage participation, build relations, and create opportunities for continued engagement.

Through community-building initiatives, outreach, recruitment, and service, the WLA Ambassador Board helps cultivate a connected and supportive network who are committed to leadership, professional growth, and giving back.

consists of elected WLA graduates who are committed to community building, engaging current participants, graduates, and other members of the community, being an ambassador and champion for the program, . Board members help to identify potential program partners, professional development opportunities, and social events, to name a few.
