WLA Community Membership

WLA is more than just a program.

Women's Leadership Academy (WLA) is more than a program. It's a community of leaders who inspire, support, and learn from one another. Whether you've participated in a WLA cohort, served as a mentor or speaker, supported the program as a donor, or contributed to the WLA experience in other ways, you're part of our community, and we'd love for you to stay connected! 

WLA Community Membership is open to WLA participants, graduates, mentors, speakers, donors, and others actively involved in the WLA community.

 

As a member, you'll enjoy opportunities to expand your network, continue your leadership development, reconnect with familiar faces, and build new relationships across the WLA community. Your membership also helps support the connections and experiences that make WLA special.

Free admission to all social & networking events in 2027

Free admission to both Fall & Spring Leadership Intensives 

  • Revisit the WLA experience with half-day leadership workshops featuring engaging speakers, interactive learning, and opportunities to connect with fellow WLA members and leaders from the broader community.

Member-Exclusive Communications

  • Receive exclusive member updates and early access to information about upcoming WLA events, professional development opportunities, community news, and ways to get involved.

Board Participation & Voting

  • Help shape and strengthen the WLA community by voting in WLA Board elections
  • WLA graduates with an active WLA Community Membership also have the opportunity to run for a seat on the Board

  • 1 session: $125 (regularly $150)

  • 3 sessions: $339 (regularly $399)
